NeighborWorks Orange County is proud to offer affordable housing opportunities for families of low and moderate income by providing beautiful homes in revitalized neighborhoods throughout the city.

Our Home Again Program, NSP and Realty Services are operated by our parent organization, Neighborhood Housing Services of Orange County. The Home Again Program helps to stabilize at-risk neighborhoods where residential properties are in distress due to pending foreclosures, vacant properties or REO’s. We buy distressed properties, refurbish them, and resell them to homeowners who will be permanent residents. The goal is to acquire and turn the properties quickly to eliminate blight. We also have grant funds available to assist first-time homebuyers in the purchase of their homes.
