But, we understand how important it is to know your rent won’t go up, not have to ask before you paint your living room, and stay in one place long enough to build community. So, we offer down payment assistance programs for qualified borrowers and the education courses required to meet the terms of those programs.

So, we created our own team to help you.
Our agents are licensed REALTORS®, which means they’ve received specific training and follow an extensive code of ethics. They also have specialty training and certifications in the many types of loans and sales we handle on a regular basis. But, most of all, they’ve been working in our local community for decades. Our HUD-Certified Housing Counselors can help with identifying available resources to determine rent affordability and sustainability. Counselors can help you understand monthly budgeting, good rental practices and learn about your rights and responsibilities as a tenant. We are here to help you every step of the way, at no cost to you!
Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) loans are federally insured reverse mortgage products that help seniors (62+) access the equity in their homes without having to sell their homes.
A HUD-Approved Certified Housing Counselor is a trained professional who can guide you on the choices that may be available to prevent foreclosure. Each mortgage servicer and investor may offer borrowers alternative solutions that have different eligibility requirements. Every situation and solution is unique!
Home ownership transforms lives, increasing families’ and individuals’ access to financial stability and wealth. Our HUD Certified Counselors will provide homebuyers with a thorough assessment; understanding debt, credit, down payment programs with the goal of getting you mortgage ready from beginning to end.
This virtual course is scheduled on Saturday’s from 8:30am – 4:30pm and geared for first time homebuyers who will be purchasing within one year, are currently in escrow or wanting to get a better understanding of the homebuying process. This HUD Approved Class is $30 per person with registration deadline three days prior to the scheduled course.
Our 90-minute entry-level webinar is designed to prepare homebuyers with the fundamentals of becoming mortgage ready. Home buying related topics will be presented along with information for down payment programs from community lending partners, city and non-profit community partners.
Financial Literacy is offered to non-profit partners in-person or via webinar by subject matter experts.
